cancelation policy

All Cancelations must be made in writing either by e-mail or by text. Cancelations by phone alone will not be honored. Cancelations must be in writing in order to clear up any miscommunications or misunderstandings. This policy is to avoid double booking errors or date / time change errors.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the reserved date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 7 and 30 days will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations under 7 days will forfeit the charter fee unless we are able to rebook. (note: We will use all responsible efforts to try and rebook and if we are successful you will receive a full refund.)

Captain Zach may cancel any trip for bad weather or winds exceeding 20 knots, and will provide the customer a full refund if so.
